  • Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
    That's a great question! To begin with, the expense of hiring a full-time senior-level designer now surpasses $100,000 per year, along with benefits (and it's quite challenging to find one who is currently available). Moreover, there might be instances where you won't have sufficient work to keep them occupied consistently, resulting in paying for their idle time. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription whenever necessary, ensuring that you only pay your designer when you have tasks ready for them.
  • Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
    Nope. After subscribing, you have the freedom to include an unlimited number of design requests in your queue, and they will be systematically delivered, one by one.
  • How fast will I receive my designs?
    Typically, the most requests are completed within a span of two days or even less. However, it's important to note that more intricate requests may require additional time.
  • How does the pause feature work?
    We totally understand that there might be times when you don't have enough design work to fill up a whole month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests right now. That's when pausing your subscription comes in really handy. Here's how it works: The billing cycles are set for a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to take a break and pause your subscription. So, the billing cycle gets put on hold, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use whenever you need them in the future. It gives you the flexibility to make the most out of your subscription based on your current design needs.
  • What programs do you design in?
    Most designs are designed in Figma and Adobe. Video content will be dependent on the project.
  • How do I request designs?
    Zeit House offers a ton of flexibility when it comes to design requests. Some clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video. For the occasionally complicated request, we will schedule a 15 min discovery call to get on the same page.
  • What if I don't like my design?
    No problem, we will continue to work on the design until you are 100% satisfied. Sometimes multiple iterations of a design is how you get the best outcome!
